PAPER DOCUMENTS
You are scanning documents and paper files to scan them onto a CD, DVD or USB STICK, creating digital archives, for professional use or private.

PHOTOS
You are scanning photos from a photographic print scanned and on a CD, DVD or USB STICK, creating archives, or digital photo albums for professional use or private.

The advantages of the digital archives
It drastically reduces the space compared to the space occupied by the paper documents, shelving whole, not to even mention local. Do not deteriorate in time, both for the natural aging of the paper is to use the same. You can duplicate and store them in different places, in order to avoid accidents of any kind. Than the paper they are cheaper (printing reduced the need to, toner, energy). Technical information
The originals of paper documents to a maximum size of A4, the photographs to be a maximum size of 20x30, will be saved in the format TIF/JPEG files on a single page, in PDF format, single-page or multi-page, color or black and white.

The documents are generally scanned with a resolution of 200 to 250 dpi.
The photographs are scanned with a resolution of 300 dpi, if the printing press deretinate and smacchiate ("clean" from the dithering of the print). Depending on the size of the original and of the later use, you can scan up to 4800 dpi and over for magnification.
For specific cases or particular, you scan also original large formats.

The originals are preferable to sheets "free", free of paper clips, staples, pins, etc., to avoid the additional costs of machining.
Documents and photos are scanned and saved as original, without any kind of intervention (cleaning, removal of scratches, dust, holes, etc, control the color range, brightness and contrast improvement), the intervention is at the request of part.

PHOTOGRAPHIC PROCESSING

Following the scan, may be required further intervention.
In addition to the processing mentioned above, you can perform processing on the images as contours, photo retouching, photomontage, restorations, constructions, orthogonal orientation, the control and/or change color and, through the use of filters, various effects (see examples).
